REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 26
Whether your child has recently decided to follow Christ or is beginning to ask questions about what it means to be a Christian, this class will help you navigate the important conversations all parents need to have as they lead their children toward a life in Christ. The first meeting will be just for parents as our experienced leaders show you how to lay the foundations for spiritual conversion allowing parents to partner with the Holy Spirit as He prepares and calls their child to trust Christ as Savior. During the remaining sessions, kids will learn that God defines who they are. They can learn how God set their identity as image bearers of Him, how that identity was broken by sin, and how Jesus transforms them when they trust in Him and become a new person.
The Parent Meeting April 2 will start when Genesis Kids are dismissed during worship. The remaining classes are April 16 – May 7, from 9:45 a.m.-11:30 a.m.; kids will attend What It Means To Be A Christian in lieu of their regular Sunday morning Genesis Kids sessions.
In addition to the parent meeting, parents will sign up to attend one kid’s lesson. We look forward to partnering with you in this endeavor. Guiding children to take those first steps toward faith can be the most rewarding opportunity of life for parents.
