Our church has been blessed with an amazing opportunity to partner with a ministry called Good Neighbor Initiative. The goal of this ministry, in partnership with STL Metro Association and Oasis International, is to love refugees and immigrants.
On Sunday, February 15, Rachel Hart from Good Neighbor will be our guest speaker during morning worship. She will also be hosting a Q&A about the program immediately after service, for approximately 30 minutes, in the worship center (box lunch will be provided). Childcare will be provided for Pre-K and below.
The Good Neighbor Initiative pairs refugee families with families who are members in good standing of a local St. Louis area church. Refugees have many needs, but one the deepest is community. The nations are here – what a blessing it is to be able to love them and meet them with the gospel!
