Oasis International is hosting an event for St. Louis refugee women on May 19, 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon. This event will honor and bless the refugee women, to help them feel beautiful, valued and loved by treating them to a spa day with free haircuts, manicures, massages, facials and make-up, and jewelry making.
