Greetings church family. We have recently received confirmation from Rockwood School District that as an outside group renting the facility we are free to follow the updated St. Louis County Order on social distancing and mask wearing as part of our gathering. The St. Louis County order states the following, “St. Louis County has rescinded its health order requiring masks and social distancing.”
This is in response to the recent CDC guideline stating that those who have been fully vaccinated , “no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance in any setting, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance,” while encouraging those who have not been vaccinated to continue to wear masks.
Beginning this Sunday we will no longer be requiring the wearing of masks during our Sunday gathering. It is our encouragement that people follow the guidelines that have been set forth for us. We also want to express that we do all things in love (I Corinthians 16:14). Thanks, and looking forward to being together again this Sunday.
