We as Americans are infatuated with the Joneses. Not sure who this fictional family is, but we are always trying to keep up with them. They live a couple blocks over, make a little more than us, have a little nicer car with an extra garage, a better deck with a hot tub, a little better boat… Our pursuit of the American dream is pretty consuming.
Maybe we should rethink. Let me strongly encourage you to spend a little time on this website – who are the Joneses from Compassion International. Deeply challenging.
