So I have decided to post a lot of possible resources for study and interaction with the topic. If this is a hot topic for you or an issue in which you would like to dive deeper into the Biblical rationale for the Complementary view, which contains the idea that men and women are created equal as image bearers of God, but in creation they are also given differing and complementary roles as male and female.
The Council for Biblical Manhood and Womanhood – Organization seeking to inform people on the Biblical view, and lead churches and homes to embrace the Biblical view. They are also seeking to bring like-minded churches and ministries together. The website has an unbelievable amount of information, resources, and sermons for your further study.
Recovering Biblical Manhood and Womanhood – Significant work with essays by some incredibly respected theologians, the book was edited by John Piper and Wayne Grudem. This book gives detailed expositions of several of the Biblical passages as well as clear explanations of God’s purpose in creation of men and women. Very much worth the read, and available here for purchase or as a PDF download.
Biblical Foundations for Manhood and Womanhood – Edited by Wayne Grudem the book explains and defends the viewpoint of Biblical Complementarianism as well as giving clear teaching on the roles men and women play in God’s design.
