This week we want you to do a little Bible study together. Read Hosea 1:2-3 and Hosea 3:1-5 and answer the following questions.
-Retell the story in your own words
-Why is this an incredible story of forgiveness and restoration?
-Why would forgiveness in this situation be difficult? What obstacles would keep you from giving this type of forgiveness?
-How does this story relate to God’s forgiveness to us? How does it relate to our willingness to forgive our spouses?
-What issues do you need to confess and seek forgiveness for in your marriage?
-What issues do you need to confess to God in order to experience His forgiveness? Do you have past failures as a couple that you need to confess to God?
At your candle — Read Mark 10:2-12 and pray that God would give your marriage the strength to make it through the struggles you will face
